Treatment Plan & Execution:
Upper AO6 and Implant supported bridge from tooth 32-42 was proposed to patient to restore his function.
- Surgery: Placement of 6 dental implants in the jaw, 2 on lower anterior region Immediate Temporary Prosthesis (Next Day): Fitting of a PMMA temporary bridge to restore function and aesthetics while implants heal.
- Healing & Integration (Approx. 4–5 Months): Implants integrate with the jawbone.
- Final Restoration: Placement of a custom-made permanent prosthesis for long-term function, durability, and aesthetics.
An On 4/6 Implant Surgery:
All-on-4 or 6 is a full-arch dental implant solution designed for patients with significant tooth loss or failing teeth. By strategically placing four to six implants to support a fixed prosthesis, this approach provides a strong, stable, and long-lasting replacement for an entire arch of teeth. It restores both function and aesthetics, allowing patients to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.
